My online counselling sessions are completely centred around you and what you need. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Some weeks, you may come to a session with a specific goal or something you want to focus on. Other times, you might just need to vent about your week. Either way, the time is yours; flexible and tailored to what you need most for that session. I won’t bore you with the counselling jargon, that’s my job to handle. Put simply, I use proven counselling techniques and science-backed approaches where needed to ensure you get what you need. 

I bring not just professional training but also lived experience. I know how exhausting it can feel when your world feels back to front. That insight helps me connect with you on a genuine level - offering empathy, understanding, and down-to-earth counselling where you can talk openly without judgment. 

I work exclusively with adults across the UK (England, Scotland, and Wales) who are seeking online counselling. Many of my clients come to me for support with insomnia, anxiety, depression, trauma, or low self-esteem. 

Whether you’re feeling stuck in unhelpful patterns, struggling to switch off at night or finding it hard to manage daily stress. Counselling can help you make sense of what’s happening and help you take back control. 

Session Details 

• Sessions: 60 minutes, held online via Zoom or telephone or whatever works best for you. 
• Fee: £50 per counselling session
• £65 per session for CBTI for Insomnia  
• Availability: Weekdays, evenings and flexible weekend slots. 
• Location: Online.
