I’m Sharlene O’Brien, a qualified CBT-I therapist and counsellor, offering online counselling and CBT-I sessions to adults across Gainsborough, Lincolnshire, Doncaster, Sheffield.
Alongside this, I work with businesses and wellbeing providers, supporting employees with sleep and mental health, delivering talks on insomnia and its impact on performance and mental wellbeing.
I offer two distinct services. If you’re struggling with insomnia, I provide CBT-I (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia) — a structured, evidence based approach that helps you break the cycle of insomnia and rebuild your sleep.
If you’re looking for emotional support, I also offer counselling for ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, bereavement and other life challenges.
